Synthea is an LLM-powered knowledge pipeline that ingests raw study artifacts — PDFs, YouTube videos, URLs — and transforms them into structured learning sessions: summaries, flashcard decks, quizzes, and concept maps.
The core idea is to meet students where their material already lives. Instead of manually condensing notes, Synthea does the extraction pass automatically, leaving you to focus on actual recall and understanding.
Designed around active recall principles with a UI optimized for information density and flow. Built on Next.js and TypeScript with Supabase as the data layer and the Gemini API driving all AI-powered transformations.
